'The Hobbit' Production Video: Peter Jackson Takes Fans Through The Film's Wrap (VIDEO)

The post-production process for 'The Hobbit' is shown in a new clip.

The final production video for "The Hobbit" has been released.

Titled "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Video #9," Peter Jackson debuted the clip Friday night. Jackson walks fans through the post-production of the movie in the new video.

Jackson has been keeping fans up-to-date with the progress of the movie by releasing a series of these production videos on the movie's Facebook page. The last clip, number eight in the series, was released on July 31.

Jackson has been especially vocal about the film as of late, responding to allegations of the mistreatment of animals on the movie's set. The director released a statement refuting the claims.
